History

2003 — “Stock company “Flagman”, Ltd. is founded. On May 23, 2003 the Permit of State Commission on Securities and Stock Market /No. AA 549114/ is obtained. The company becomes the participant of the self-governing organisation OJSC “KISE” and gets the brokerage office place No. 96 there.

Controlling interests of the following enterprises — OJSC “Kvasyliv factory of municipal equipment”, OJSC “Sarny transport repair factory” and OJSC “Dubrovytsa factory “Metallist” — are accumulated in the property of our company.

The company successfully executes the Clients’ orders on purchasing the controlling blocks of shares of OJSC “Chernivtsi factory “Selmash” / agricultural machinery construction/, CJSC “Shopping centre” in Melitopol, OJSC “Marganets ore processing factory”.
