Attraction of investments and project financing

The latest years have evidently shown that the stock market of Ukraine can be a source of attraction of money resources. Many large enterprises have successfully entered the market of bonded loans that has allowed them not only to reduce costs on credit servicing (bonded rates, as a rule, are lower than banking) but also to generate the certain credit history which will further allow them to reduce the price of borrowed funds. Besides, the bond loan has a number of advantages over an ordinary bank credit since it allows to avoid mortgaging obligations and to vary the interest rate.

Also, securities issue can be used not only for capital attraction. The additional share issue can be one of variants of the scheme of purchasing the enterprise. Advantage of such variant of purchase is that money resources form the capital of the enterprise, and are not used on payment of shareholders’ share.
